Ordering & Billing

  • Payment processing and amounts “Pending” or “On Hold”

    • Banks and Credit Cards will typically place a hold on the Charged amount when it attempts to verify payments. Failed Payments will still place this hold, and it is the customer’s Bank or Credit Card company that will hold and eventually released the funds back.
    • Some payment methods may separate the shipping and total order fees, or place the amounts on hold in your account. Please review your Posted transactions. Pending / Processing transactions are not considered final and typically held by the Bank or Credit Card company temporarily.
  • Promotions

    • Missed Promotion
      • We are unable to add promotional discounts once the checkout has been completed. Please review your order to make sure you have the correct items, receive the expected discount or have entered in the correct coupon code.
    • Future Promotions
      • Due to promotional periods and special discounts, we are unable to price match previous orders that have already been shipped before the promotion began
  • Email / SMS confirmation

    • Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation either by Email or SMS. If you do not receive one, please check any Junk / Spam folders and mark the address as approved. If you still cannot find your confirmation please contact us to check.
    • Tracking information will also be provided in the same method as your order confirmation.
  • Cancellations / Modifications

    • Please notify us immediately for any cancellation requests. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel.
    • Once shipped, buyer can refuse the order with the shipping carrier. However, shipping fee may be deducted from the final refund
    • Modifications to the order including removing or adding items are not guaranteed and may delay your order. Once the order has shipped, we are no longer able to modify your order.
    • Modifications to your name, address and any billing or shipping information are not guaranteed once the order is confirmed. We will try our best but it may require your order to be cancelled and placed again.
  • Refunds

    • We may encounter an inventory error and may need to refund one or more items on your order. It will go back to your original payment method. We may contact you prior to refund, but typically you will get a notice to the same contact method you got your order confirmation.
    • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card to process and make available the funds to your account.
    • Once an item is refunded, we are not able to charge you again without placing a new order
  • PayPal / Amazon / TikTok / Meta / Third Party Orders

    • We work with multiple Third Party Marketplaces and order processing times, prices, policies, privacy options, and contact methods may appear different based on their promotions or payment processor. Please contact us directly for the best support
  • Buy Now, Pay Later

    • ShopPay, Affirm, and other Buy Now Pay Later programs are through a Third Party. We are unable to review your account or how payments and refunds appear on your statement. Please contact the financial service directly for support
