When Will My Order Ship?
- Orders are shipped out M-F, excluding US holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days (larger orders will take multiple extra days). Shipping estimates are available at checkout when selecting a priority or express service. Promotional FREE standard shipping will go out either USPS or FedEx and typically arrives 5-7 business days after shipping.
Signature Release
- If a customer finds themselves unable to sign for a package, please contact FedEx for a signature release or to leave it at the nearest FedEx location for pick up. If a signature release is done, we are no longer able to assist if the package is stolen or signed for by someone else. International Shipping
- All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means the customer is responsible for any local duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country's customs. Please note these charges are not included in your order or shipping cost. If a package is declined due to refusal to pay these charges and returned to us, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return Policy
- 14 Day Return for most unopened and unused items.
- Opened Items are not returnable.
- Full Set Orders will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned. All Original Packaging, Bonus Items, must be received or value deducted from the final return due.
- Electronic Items including, but not limited to, Nail Lamps, Filing Machines, LED Lamps, Dust Collectors, etc. are NOT returnable once opened. All warranty and defective claims must be claimed with Manufacturer.
- Store Credit may be provided for some returns.
- Damaged deliveries must be reported immediately, and customer is responsible to keep the packaging and packing slip. A claim will be processed, and we will require photos of how the box arrived, the internal damage, and the packing slip. We won’t be able to process a claim without all the required proof.
